Michael Mettlach
Michael is a local Tomball resident who has been the heart & soul of this poop-scooping business. You may have conversed with him regarding scheduling, pricing or billing. He was the owner of a very successful junk removal business for 7 years before branching out to create Doody Bug.
Originally from the east side of Houston, his family moved to The Woodlands. After graduating Summa Cum Laude from University of Houston Downtown with a BS in Biotechnology, he managed laboratory processes at a smaller bio-tech firm in The Woodlands for a few years before deciding working for the man was for the birds.
Mike plays drums, loves dogs, and enjoys reading nonfiction. His current focus is learning mixed martial arts.

Melissa Pape
Local to Tomball for the last 20 years, Melissa is the pulse of her business. The downturn of the economy was the deciding factor in joining Mike to open Snap Scoops LLC, now Doody Bug - a woman owned business. Originally from the southwest side of Houston, her family moved to Klein where she learned to play violin and guitar. Melissa also attended UHD then worked for nearly 20 years doing sign graphics, website design, vinyl decals, and full color digital designs.
You may have seen her locally hosting karaoke shows in Cypress, Tomball, Pinehurst, Magnola and Spring over the last few years.
Melissa loves dogs, listening to music, and enjoys winning playing Texas Hold Em poker.
